With the government monitoring and best practise by the fishermen, Australia now have the largest allowable catch globally in accordance to the fishing quota set by the Commission for Conservation of Southern Bluefin Tuna.

To reduce the stress in the fish and allows consumer to get the most value from the flesh, Southern Bluefin Tuna are wild caught, farmed in large sea cages and are fed with their natural diet to enhance their taste and value.
